About Prime Path
We're an HR and recruiting company built on a simple belief: the right match changes everything. From gig work to full-time careers, we help people and employers find their path forward.
Our story
Prime Path Staffing was founded to make hiring — and getting hired — more human. We started with two offices, one on each coast, because great talent and great employers exist everywhere. Today we place thousands of people into gig, part-time, and full-time roles every year.
Our recruiters take the time to understand what you're really looking for, whether you're a candidate chasing the next opportunity or an employer building a team.
What we value
People first
Every placement is a person and a livelihood. We take that responsibility seriously.
Local expertise
Recruiters who live and work in the markets they serve — Florida and the Bay Area.
Real partnership
We invest in long-term relationships, not one-off transactions, for workers and employers alike.
